You can import a resume and review every suggested fact, build an evidence library, set your role and work constraints, run or schedule a scout, and review a short list with full match reasons. For a role you approve, you can prepare and revise an application packet, download its files, record the outcome, set a follow-up date, and receive scheduled email digests and reminders.
Your profile can include target roles, seniority, required and excluded skills, experience, compensation, company preferences, location, remote scope, working hours, hiring arrangement, and work authorization. You can upload a resume or enter the details yourself. Resume suggestions need your review before they become profile facts, and you can correct or exclude evidence later.
Your source PDF stays in private storage and is not sent to the model provider. NextGoodRole only asks for AI-assisted profile suggestions when you consent, and those suggestions do not become profile facts until you review them. You can also delete the uploaded resume or skip resume import.
Right now, the scout uses public LinkedIn listings supplied by an aggregator. It removes duplicates, rejects stale or suspicious listings where possible, and links every match back to its source. We plan to add more sources, including company career pages.

It also shows the exact requirement, the evidence that supports it, the largest gap, any eligibility question, and the source listing.

Yes. You can save or dismiss matches, record the outcome of an application, keep its history, and choose a follow-up date. Your weekly email can include due and overdue follow-ups. Scout timing and email delivery have separate day, time, timezone, and pause controls.
